Directions for CRS 2101 Course

Read and/or print All directions before proceeding to access CULearn and the course CRS 2101 Protecting Children: Identifying and Reporting Sexual Misconduct course

  1. Faculty, staff, and students login into CULearn with your active CUNETID.  
  2. Program directors, please contact the Children and Youth Safety Program Administrator to assign the training to learners, that do not have an active CUNETID.
  3. After training is assigned, then learners without an active CUNETID will login into CULearn.
  4. Search for CRS 2101 Protecting Children: Identifying and Reporting Sexual Misconduct.
  5. Click on course name CRS 2101 Protecting Children: Identifying and Reporting Sexual Misconduct.
  6. Click “Launch” to begin the introduction to the course.
  7. On the “Quiz Results” page you will “Close Player” and then click on “CRS2101 UE Link” to connect to United Educators (read and/or print ALL directions before proceeding).
  8. Registrar with your first and last name, and your Cornell University email address on the United Educator’s site.
  9. United Educators will send you an email message (noreply-learningportal@ue.com) with a username and temporary password
  10. Login into United Educators with the username and temporary password.
    1. Upon clicking the Login button, you will be asked to change your password to a new permanent password.
  11. Scroll to find the course “Protecting Children: Identifying and Reporting Sexual Misconduct” under “My Courses”.
  12. Click on the course title.
  13. Click on “Launch” to start the course.
  14. United Educators will email you a certificate of completion.  
  15. Forward your certificate of completion to your program director.

  1. Clear your Cookies or Cache
  2. Enable Third-Party Cookies
  3. Disable Pop-up Blockers

If you didn’t receive the welcome email message from noreply-learningportal@ue.com,

  1. Click on “Forgot Password?” on the main UE login page
  2. Enter the email address used to create your account
  3. Click “Send Password
  4. UE will send you an email that will contain your new temporary password.
  5. Click the link included in the email to return to the Learning Portal.
  6. Log into your account with your email address and temporary password  
    1. Upon clicking the Login button, you will be asked to change your password to a new permanent password.
