Reporting Requirements for Children and Youth Programming for Incidents

Note – injury and illnesses to minors in a sponsored University program are required to be entered into Environment Health and Safety Incident Reporting System.

What happened? Call Cornell University Public Safety at (607) 255-1111 and Call the local police agency with jurisdiction over the location of the suspected abuse.
