Role and Responsibilities of the Student Organization Advisor 

The role of the student organization advisor is to ensure that University policies and procedures are followed, that all programs involving children and youth are operated safely, and that any incidents are promptly reported to the appropriate departments and units. Additionally, the advisor must be present for any program involving minors when parents, guardians, teachers, Scout leaders, or other designated chaperones are not in attendance.
